Innovating through best practice sharing
FEDORA's Activities
On 3 June, FEDORA had the honour of welcoming representatives of performing arts venues from across Denmark at the Palais Garnier. This special event served as a platform for an insightful exchange focused on audience development strategies and innovation management within the cultural sector.
Bringing together professionals from a diversity of cities and programming, the gathering fostered a dynamic environment of cross-cultural dialogue, knowledge-sharing, and collaborative reflection. Participants, including Eric Grebille, Deputy Director of développement and philanthropy at the Paris National Opera, engaged in conversations on best practices, challenges, and forward-thinking approaches to enhancing audience engagement and implementing innovation in performing arts institutions.
By facilitating direct exchange between cultural practitioners, FEDORA continues to uphold its mission to nurture innovation and collaboration across Europe’s performing arts landscape.
